Description:
The Replacement Converter for Branson CJ20 , CR20 , 922JA , 902JA , 502, Directly replaces Branson model 922JA Converter as used in 920 IW, IW+, AE, AES and AO actuator and IW machines that delivers lower cost, rugged quality and superior value.
The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic chips sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each chip is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.

Ultrasonic transducer uses the piezoelectric effect to realize transduction between electric and sound energy. It comprises a radiation head, electrode, cap, prestressed bolt, piezoelectric chip and an insulating tube.
