Description:
Ultrasonic transducer is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy (ultrasonic). Among them, the mature and reliable device that realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and acoustic energy by the piezoelectric effect is called a piezoelectric transducer. It consists of a central piezoelectric ceramic element, front and rear metal cover plates, a prestressed screw, electrode pads and an insulating tube. This sandwich transducer (bolt-tight transducer) generates stable ultrasound when the load changes.
How the transducer works:
Due to different processing methods and requirements, the working mode of the transducer can be roughly divided into continuous work (lace machine, CD sleeve machine, zipper machine, metal welding, etc.) and pulse type work (such as plastic welding machine). Different working methods are different. The requirements for transducers are different. Generally speaking, continuous work has almost no pause time, but the working current is not very large, pulse work is intermittent, there is a pause, but the instantaneous current is large. On average, the power in both states is significant.
Features:
1.Adopt the imported chips
2.High output power
3.High quality
4.Already export to USA, Europe, Asia ,Middle East etc country
5.15KHz-70KHz,100w-6000w supplied
Application:
The applications of ultrasound are extensive and are found in many industries including electrical and computer, automotive and aerospace, medical and packaging. Whether two items can be ultrasonically welded is determined by their thickness. If they are too thick ,this process will not join them. This is the main obstacle in the welding of metals. However, wires, microcircuit connections, sheet metal, foils, ribbons and meshes are often joined using ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic welding is a very popular technique for bonding thermoplastics. It is fast and easily automated with weld times often below one second and there is no ventilation system required to remove heat or exhaust.
Competitive Advantage:
1. Stable parameters
2. Easy matching with ultrasonic power supply
3. Superior raw materials
4. Accept OEM cooperation
